1992

  • Alpha Plus is born on 1st January 1992, as Alpha Plus Consultancy Services. The business name is inspired by the virtue of its appearance on the first page of the telephone directory owing to the alphabet ‘A’ & ‘Plus’ with the intent to go out of the way to always deliver more than what is expected

  • Soon after, we begin our first assignment of a business process reengineering study for a Private Bank

 

1995

Our first major breakthrough in consultancy – being appointed as a consultant for a 5-year project with an established Private Bank including assignments on Compliance Advisory, Development of Manuals / Job Cards for various processes & creation of Compliance Manual

1999

Our founder turns author of the first set of Master Circulars for the Apex Indian Banking Regulator

2001

Our flagship product is conceptualised – Alpha Plus begins development of Knowledge Management Tools (KMT)

2002

A year of firsts… on 22nd July, 2002, a private bank becomes our 1st KMT client. Soon after, the Apex Regulator too subscribes to KMT

2005

The Proprietary Firm is now a Private Limited Company… APCS becomes Alpha Plus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2007

Our dream of being an Indian products company with a suite of software products begins to take shape – our 2nd product InstaCirculars+ (IC+) 1.0 is born & released to the world

2008

The journey towards being ‘Compliance Enablers’ takes a new dimension – the architects at Alpha Plus Technologies announce the launch of Cermo+ 1.0 – our Compliance Management Software

2009

  • The year where the shift begins from a family-owned business to a family-led business. Functions led by professional expertise. Process-oriented approach. Performance-driven. New brand. Same values.

  • It is time to say hello to our Documents, Records & Archival Software – Archive Manager+ 1.0

2010

Alpha Plus becomes a NASSCOM member

2011

  • A glorious year, with the honor of welcoming our 100th client
  • Alpha Plus launches Let’s Comply – a closed-door forum for Compliance Officers across peer banks to CONNECT. SHARE. LEARN. IMPLEMENT.

2012

Next door solution providers with conversations over a cup of coffee sparking off product ideas become a reality – designing & testing begins for InstaManuals+ (IM+) 1.0 solution & SmarTest+ 1.0 solution.

2014

  • Our clientele crosses the 150 MARK
  • The Meet2Govern+(Me2G+) wave begins – Alpha Plus Technologies is ready to set foot in new industries with our Meeting Management Software.

2015

  • Alpha Plus launches TaskCentral+ (TasC+) 1.0, enabling foray into Task Delegation & Tracking Software.
  • We kick-start iOS mobile development for our Board Meeting Software

2016

  • We take a pledge to contribute towards the cause of education for children under the name ASHHA (Alpha Plus Spreading Hope & Happiness Always)
  • We announce the launch of APCORE, our group company on 1st April, 2016

2017

We celebrate our Silver Jubilee. 1st January, 2017 marks the completion of Alpha Plus’ 25 years of service to the industry

2019

Alpha Plus Technologies is certified for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 under the UKAS accreditation system

2020

The next generation of our beloved compliance product is born and ready to shine. This year marks the launch of Cermo+NXT 1.0. A change for Better Compliance, More Accountability and Enabling a Strong Compliance Culture.
